Four Years back I joined an institute for job guarantee program with a payment of huge amount, the institute belongs to one of the software developement firm. The program was for 4 months, The institute gave me training on different softwares. Even my performance was much better than the average the institute gave me job in some company after 4+2 more months. According to some agreement between me and the institute I will get my money back after a tenure of 2 years with the company to which they employ me, I have successfully completed the tenure but the institute is closed for forever but its parent company is working, I asked the parent company to repay may amount but the company is not responding properly, I have all the legal proof and the advertisement in the newspaper the company used to promot there program, please help

Pending Dues and Salary

11 May 2009 i joined Web Develment Company,Pune as AIX Administrator, My take home salary was 16,000/- per month, after deduction [ professional taxes] 15,800 approx., i got appointment letter from company, there was 18 months bond between me and company, in agreement it is clearly mentioned that if employee want to leave the firm then he can leave serving 3 months notice period or 1 month salary to the company, and company has right to terminate the employee with or without any reason from the employment, but employee would be entitled to get either 1 month notice period or 1 month salary from the company, in my case WDC neither serve notice period or issue 1 month salary or not issue any kind of written statement about the termination. by now i havent received any followup from company while i followed them via mail several times but no proper response, upto now all commmunication is done verbally no written communication, in this regard i want justice ... Please help me ...
