We are worker on aegis bpo as a post of cce the goverment rule salary increase every year but aegis bpo senior told i cant give u increase salary ....and any agent not come to any reason u know salary go on hold............pls sir take a action........aegis bpo lucknow

I am from Tamilnadu. I was working in a Software Company's training division and i was terminated from the company for on June 3rd for no reason. One authority of that company only instructed me to get out of the job, when i asked for my salary he told me that i will be paid after 45 days, but still they dint give my salary,
When i received my offer letter there where some specific points regarding the termination of services. It was mentioned as the company may or may not pay the salary when He/She is terminated and i have signed in those papers too. But i was in the Sales department and had given a revenue of 1,75,000. When i ask for my salary they are telling me that even if i take any legal action they are not bothered about that.

kindly give me a solution as how to get my salary, if i give a legal notice will I get my Salary back.

ATMT is an Indian / Pakistani company owned by Ash Daswani and James Cann (Khan) who also works for BBC.
According to the UK employment law (which only supports the employers in conservative leadership) you get nothing. Simply said is good bye for your hard work.

As I am concerned is there were some Asians including Guajarati’s & Singh’s worked for ATMT.

Main target of the company is selling shit products, cheating employers; get rich SOON AND DRIVE BIG CARS.

Oh, I met the same problem with you,untill now I don't get payment for one month, how can we do?

Just 1 example. Who buys big yachts that shipyards build and maintain? Do these shipyards employ people like you and I? My buddy's ex-gf used to sand/polish teak wood at a boat yard. Now she doesnt b/c the economy sucks and she works at Walmart.

hi i have worked a online tution organiztion which by mistake sent me a salary more actual salary after one month of dropping the job. now they are saying to return that money otherwise face legal consequences. so should i return that money or not.
