    Angry Forcefully demanding notice pay

This is regarding my previous company I worked 4. As per my terms of contract one needs to serve notice period of 90 days at the time of leaving. However one can buy his notce period by giving his basic pay for the period notice period falls short, also if a company releases an enployee himself, company needs to pay notice pay to the employee
Now it so happened that I resigned from my company, proposing to serve notice period of 90 days. My salary got stopped from the day I resigned. In between this organisation strted assigning me new tasks, which i denied to take and write a mail that i am under notice period and would only be compleating my open tasks and will do the knowledge transfer (normally what is expected to be part of notice period duties). Few days after this company releases me early and deducted the shortfall of notice period amount from my emoluments saying you are the one who demanded for an early release.
Please suggest how could I fight against this injustice done
can i file complain in consumer court for the same

Default Company asking salary component to be paid back for F&F

    Dear Sir

I am in a situation, I worked for a big IT Firm, went to onsite for some time. Left the company with in a year after coming back as was not getting good opportunities to grow with in the project and there was no chance to leave the project, even HR was helpless in this. After six months for F&F they asked me to pay my salary component. their argument was its a company policy that if an employee leaves the company with in a year and have stayed longer than 3 months then he has to pay this component back to company. this is around 50k not a small amount for me.I asked them how can they expect me to pay my salary which i got after working for them.and if their was such rule why it was not brought to my notice before i went onsite. Please suggest me am i supposed to pay this amount or is their anything i can do against such company.

    Thanks in Advance
