My BSNL Data Card , IMEI No.-980069002496056 with SIM 8987418770,(BSNL) is not running for 2 months due to SIGNAL PROBLEM. When I complained it to BSNL Chirkunda exchange they gave me a phone no.of Dhanbad BSNL , after knowing the problem BSNL Dhanbad official gave me a phone no. of tower section. I dialled & told the problem I'm facing for one & half months with my home's location. Two months passed but the problem is not fixed , every time when I dial they either not responds or says "kaam ho raha hai". My home situated the south of Mugma Rly Stn.
