I have been using your Broadband connection from quite some time.From two years i get a bill minimum of Rs.500.Last month and this month i got a bill of Rs.1931.The name of my monthly plan is 'DS208 Biz combo 499 plan'.I want the details of my uploads and downloads from the period-05/04/12 to 04/05/12 and 05/05/12 to 04/06/12.Account No.-976322117
