I have got a SMS for sauna slim belt on my mobile number 9654763998, then I have placed a order to buy sauna slim belt on this no.9311311973 on 22nd Dec'11, he commited on call for 1 year replacement guarantee. one executive Mr Rajender 9250603575 has come on 23rd Dec'11 and delivered that belt, after 2-3 hours it was not working then I called on this number 9311311973 he told me will send one executive to replace that belt, after that I tried to called several times but both persons were not picking my call.

I have called on this no. 9311311973 on 28th Dec'11 he picked up my call and said in very bad manner

Please take necessary action for this type of company
