This gym is hopeless. These people only know how to make money. We were 3 friends who joined the gym. In the starting it was informed that 1500 will be charged on transferring the membership. I took the membership of 3 months and used just for 1 month and was transferred to Gurgaon. I requested them to transfer my membership of rest of the 2 months to one of my friend. They started calculating money and said we'll transfer 4500 approx on deducting transfer charges as well. This all discussion took place between owner's husband and me. And for more than a week these people told me talk to husband, husband tells me I can’t take the decision as my wife is owner of this gym so talk to my wife. If people can’t take the decision then why do they sit in gym? On next day the owner told me this money will be transferred only in that case when your friend will renew her membership. I told them that she'll renew her membership after using the transferred one. But they didn’t agree on this part and this is how these people make money. They didn’t refund my money as well as didn’t transfer the money even on requesting for a genuine reason. So, guys please BEWARE OF THIS GYM. And Consumer court please help me in getting my money back. Its approx 4500.
