I wish to lodge complaint against Rajput & company,siddharth complex,sigra mehmoorganj road,varansi.(up) ph-2401676,2418128.mob-9839408283.

i brought a treadmill cosco7100a from rajput & company dated-01/11/2010.(bill no-8243) (warranty cert no-30758).

my treadmill has become faulty and is not working from last 25 days,i have repeatedly lodged complaint to the authorised dealer but nothing has been done till now ,when i call them they tell me everytime that they are sending the service engnrr ,but nobody has come to rescue till now,as my treadmill is still under warranty but still i am not getting it repaired.
kindly help me out from this situation.
please let me know what recourse is available to me.
