The Nucleus health hub is located in Paschim Vihar.I joined this gym last year. The owner of the Nucleus health hub can lie to any extent for money.His name is Rohit.
Last year in july he told me that he will give me the best offer.Then the offer was of 20 % Discount. I wanted to continue the subscription in august 2010 . The charges for 6 months is Rs8000.Total amount I had to pay was Rs6400. He said to me that I should take this offer and pay some amount in advance to block this offer. I paid him Rs3000 advance in july to block the offer and I also said to give me if any further discount was to be there. When I went to the gym in august 2010 the discount was 30%. But when I asked to give me this offer. He told me that the old offer has updated to my account on the computer and I had no other option but to pay him Rs 3400. So I paid him.
Out of the six months everything went well for 4 months . Then I suffered from severe stomach infection . I asked them what can be done. The receptionist told me to hold the account till I get fine and then I can continue.They did not tell me about the rules for holding the account. I wasnt well for more than a month . So I asked them to hold my account for two months i.e. till january 31st 2011.
To continue with the remaining subscription I went to the gym. They told me that my subscription has expired and I need to renew it.
When I asked them why I need to renew it, then it came to their senses to tell me about the rules for holding account.The rule was:

Half the time period for which the account will be put on hold will be credited to the account at the time of renewal.

I asked them that they did not told me earlier the owner started misbehaving.I came to the settlement of the rule.I wanted to start the subscription in april 2011 .I paid him on 6th april 2011 for three months subscription.He told me then the remaining additional days will be credited to my account. For few days I kept on asking him to tell me the final date for the end of my subscription. He said that on updating the system he will tell me but he did not do so.
When the three months got over on 5th july 2011 he told me that my subscription has expired. I asked him for remaining days credited.He said that he did do this in the system.When I ask him for it, he again misbehaves.

I want some action taken against him or against this gym.I want him to return additional money taken and credit the remaining days.
