I had been cheated by fitness first,Near Brigade Road,Bangalore. As i wanted to reduce my weight i approached FF. Also i told them that i am not able to come everyday but only for saturday & sunday. They told me i can join in 6 months membership. But need to pay full amount for 6 months membership. Not only for saturday & sunday. And they told me they dont have such weekends plan. But they will give it for me. I agreed. They asked me to pay 14000 for 6 months. That too only for weekends. After deducting the amount they made me to sign in a paper and told me that this amount is not refundable. If that is the case, they should tell me n the beginning. When i asked them, they told it is just a formality. After deducting the amount they changed their attitude. They gave me an access card to enter to the club and told me that this is not accessible in weekends, you can use it from Weekdays. As i dont have time weekdays i told them i cannot. But they did not agree. Atlast i managed to go on weekdays. I could spend only 30 minutes there as my office hours starts at 8.30 am. But one day my card was not working. I was not able to enter inside. They told me to pay more in order to use the gym. But i didn't agree. I told them to refund the amount . But they were not ready. They are neither allowing me to user the gym nor refunding the amount. I signed the paper, i agree, but they verbally cheated and me. And i was forced to sign as i thought they have some standard. After that i stopped going there. After two 2-3 months i got a call from them telling that i need to pay the money again as a due. And they are threatening me and telling me all the nonsense words and harassing me. I got many calls from them asking the due. My amount is with them only. Then again i want to pay it seems. We should not entertain this type of cheaters. And also, i wanted to get my money back. All the sales people over there cheated me verbally. They are telling something and doing something. All who joined in FF are trapped. Because, i have heard many complaints against them after that.

Please consider my request. As we can avoid other innocent people getting in to their trap. And also, please take necessary action on my complaint.
