I bought Merlin 123 in July 2010 and now its rubber behind the blade has broken. I wanted a replacement and called them . They told that there is no service provided by company after warrenty period.

I have shown this to all local repair shops but they say only company will be able to provide replacement.

So am I supposed to throw this mixer if it has passed warrenty period.

Can someone help me ..where can I find a shop in Pune to repair.

I ORDERED A ICAM 16 ON 23-02-11 AND RECIEVED IT NEXT DAY BUT AS I STARTED IT THERE WAS NOTHING DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN.
I COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THE TOLD ME THAT MY PIECE WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 07 DAYS AND NOW 12 DAYS ARE OVER AND THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT.

SO I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. SO THAT MY PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED.
IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN TELL ME THE PROCEDURE AND THE PLACE WHERE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.

i ordered an igame on 2nd march , money from my account has been deducted but neither did i get the product nor did i get any confirmation for the order. i am very agitated ....

In this case legal direction are required by appropriate authorities to solve your this problem along with compensation for your unnecessary harassment.

this is satyanarayana i purchase order number oc2547208. that is spy cam on 05-02-2011.i complaint on 07-02-2011 till date no response so i am going to complaint in consumer court this is final warning.i called sevaral times every one told it will come to in a week every time. if u not reply i think u r also same .

I had ordered a sauna slim belt against the above mentioned order no. I product which i received was a faulty, a cut was there on the belt. However it was working, but from now last two days , a spark is coming around from its control unit. Though i have sent them an email but they never revert. I strongly advice to all net users, think 100 times before buying a product from tvcskyshop.com. There is no guarantee of the product. After sale service is a nightmare.

I had ordered dhan lakshmi yantra from tvc sky shop 11-jul-2011 and had sent them money also on 12th jul itself through check transfer through bank. My order number was oc2681783. I was assured to get my order within 7 days but I have not received any thing yet. I have called them 1000 of times and they are telling different stories each time some time they would say our system is not working. Some time they would say we are customer care, you talk to marketing division to get status. They just has been giving excuses and not telling me status of the order at all. This is the worst experience I ever had. I am not sure if this site can take any action against them or not but at least I would like to send this message across that no one ever ever should buy any product from tvc sky shop.

I received 1 video camera vied order no OC2785784 on October 2011 in damaged condition. I returned the product very next day by FIRST FLIGHT COURIER(c. no:N14111873) after telephonic discussion with TVC personals and they assured me to return new one at that time.But till today they have not returned my camera or not return my money. I already called them more than 7 times.So, I request to help me.

I have ordered an Slim fit on 21/12/2011 through TVC web site and done the payment through credit card. The Payment is cleared, I still didnot receive the product even though its almost 2 months they commited to deliver the product witin 2 days.

I had called several times but every time there is an lame excuse from the call centre people & they donot even allow to talk to their superiors when i told them to return my money they say once the money is paid it cannot be refunded & the product will be sent, I donot know when will they send it.

My complaint No.'s are as follows: 1442904_167, 1456011_167, 1473594_167, 1502583_167 and 1517207_167.

I request the concerned authorities to pay my money as soon as possible.

tvc sky shop,ye sabse bade chor hain,inse samval k rehna......i had orderd a teica mc-10 from them,bt they sent a empty box instead of the camera,they stole my money.........maine police mein complaint kar dia hai,aur ye sab tv par v dikhane wala hoo.....
