I had purchased on Home Jogger Model from morningwalkerindia.com with one year replacement warranty on 18th August 2009. Within one month the rubber made foot rest got ruptured. I requested them to rplace it and they replaced. Now after six months again the same thing happened. The rubber made foot rest has got rupture and the maching has become out of use. I have reported immediately to Mr P Singh who is the contact person (M. No. 9350839976) and he agreed to replace it. He requested me to SMS my address to his cell no.. I immediately sent the same on 12th May 2010. I waited seven days then I started contacting him. However, he did not attend my call since he knew my cell no. I sent again SMS on 19th May 2010 and requested him to replace the same. He did not response or replace it. On 20th I sent another on SMS since he was not attending my call that he should replace the material and I am ready to pay the delivery charge of the material.
