vlcc kalyan cheated me and gave fake assurances Hi,
I want to seek information regarding my case .
I joined VLCC for a weight loss program after reading there advertisements in
the
Newspaper. I was promised that the method followed by them are scientific and
does not
have any side effects. I was also made to believe that there would be
considerable
improvements in my physical appearance if I regularly attend there sessions and
follow the
diet prescribed by their dietitian. I followed there diet religiously for one
month and also
attended all the session . However even after 1 month , there was no improvement
in my
weight. Since I was not satisfied with the methods , I asked to deduct the money
for the
services provided so far and refund me the balance. But the center is not
obliging to my
request. So I have decided to file a complaint in the consumer forum.
I would like to know , if my case is justified and will it be possible for me to
get a refund by
filing a consumer complaint.
Any help provided will be highly appreciated.

mts internet connection and service is unsatisied I bought internet data card form MTS on 18.04.2012 in the scheme for government emploies (one month unlimited internet free) for Rs. 750/-.Card is activated on same day but there is no network, network connectivity is very poor, Service of mts is bogus. they disconnect the net because of address veryfication on 24.4.2011. I contact on custermer care. where i am staying is femous place but the told me that your address is not verified. whatever they are saying is fake. due to Internet dissconnection i can not use free internet for a month. their scheme is bogus.

cheated by vlcc I was promised a weight loss and a inch loss of 10kgs in a month,which is not possible according to their own programing but they signed me up for Rs75000.The agreement said that the programe for my money requires for more than 4 months but they took all the fees for a month course as i was leaving to USA after a month's time,i really feel fooled ,and the advisor at cunnigham vlcc bangalore mrsNima did not come in contact with me again,an executive from there gurgaon office call's and apologises for giving me a wrong programme and charge for such a short period but they cannot refund.Right know i am in USA can someone please help me
