    Dear Sir
    My name is javed i m from pune. I am member of Gold Gym. one
    day I went gym but gym cardeo machine very old so i was running on cardeo
    machine but becoz of old there have some slipness so i put my leg there and
    fall down. my both let injured very badly i can not walk , can not go my
    office , cant go any where so please let me know how can i claim on gold
    gym.
