Delivered actva scooter with defected battery by honda motorcycle & scooter company from mumbai at kandivali, through hem agency who are the dealer of the company. I make complaint with in 48 hours to the dealers and also at service station but they told me that my running of the vehical is very law, for the reson your scooter' battery is getting down. Please drive the scooter more and battery automatically get charge. On 1st service day i gave scooter to service center at boivali east, mumbai, m/s vantian honda , service center of the honda scooter. In the evening i get a call from the service center that my activa scooter battery is not proper and you have to send it under warranty to the company. This means from the first day of the delivery of scooter given to me this company dealer and service manager both were having knowledge of the defects. The dealer give me delivery of scooter with defected battery by having knowledge of d effect in it. They force me to sent this battery for replacement only. I have complaint against the company for giving me the delivery of scooter with defected battery.
