I have two TVS Wego, one which i use at Cochin (KL-13 U 9892) and One which i use at Kannur (KL13 W 6539) . I had very poor service at Grace TVS. In my family many own the same scooter as recommended by me and my Dad. But the service which we get is really worse. Last day, i had a oil leak because of which my Brother had fell down from it as the bike skid from road. He had a Lot of Injuries. When we gave it for service, they told its recovered but still problem persists. Also, i had a problem with the Guard when i bought it. The Paint was simply falling out. So i gave back to change it, but they simply painted and gave me back. I shouted at them and now i got it changed. The Bike which i own in Cochin had the 2nd Service at Grace TVS and what they did was they changed the Battery with a Duplicate one. Since my Dad is an Engineer, he found it. We complained and we got it back. We had many such experiences. Once when given for service, it wasn't washed and my Dad went to Complaint against it in Court but they Stopped us making us Calm. We had to wash the scooter ourselves. Please do something. I am requesting you since we are one of their valuable customers to change the attitude of this Dealer. I am a reputed officer at Infopark Cochin and i demand an Answer for this kind of Attitude from Grace TVS.
