Dear Sir,

I A. Mahendar Reddy Purchased Hero Honda Glamour 2 Wheeler on 30th August, 2009. From that it run three months good, after it having problem of mailage, no pickup. When I taking to Service Keerthi Motors, Seethapalmandi, Hyderabad several times I Complainted about that problems but there is no change.

Now 26th Decemeber, 2010 I found Smoke Coming in Driving (Bore Problem), Immediatly I given to show room on 28th December, 2011. They take the Complent and said do the bore for the vehicle. Till that day to today 29th Janauray, 2011 they did not done any work to my vehicle.

Keerthi Motors, Seethapalmandi, Hyderabad don't have spare parts of this vehicle. They are telling always we booked they make bill at Delhi but it is not delivered, we can't do anything from dealer side words.

From the last one month to i'm calling to service center, Spare parts Hyderaba Delar they said same words it may take after 3 days, it will take one week more like... etc.,

With this i'm suffred a lot, do needful, solve my problem as soon as possible.
