    Thumbs down complaint to customer care lml scooters.



    I purchased a scooter. But there are so many faults in the machinery of the scooter. i told so many times to the service center head that the machinery is not working properly. but there is no solution after that i search the net for the customer care number of lml. but the number is not available on net. can somebody help me in this matter. this is the last option for me after that i decided to go to a cunsumer court.

    Default air filter of new LML NV 4 Stroke getting repeatedly chocked

    i purchased a new LML scooter with registration number dl8sv 5750 in delhi.
    i am facing a problem of the air filter repeatedly getting chocked.
    i complaint regarding the same to the authorised service centre at pitampura ,but no solution.

    later on i came to klnow that due to repeated complaints from users the company has facilitated to change the filter kit free of cost.
    but the service centre demanded me an amount of approx RS 1000 to get the kit changed .

    I AM USING Lml SCOOTERS SINCE 1985,BUT THIS IS FOR THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING SUCH A TECHNICAL FAULT AND THAT TOO WITHOU A SOLUTIN.
    SUCH KIND OF SERVICE FROM LML HAS REALLY HURT MY RECOMENDATION SENTIMENT.

    PISTON KIT IS DAMAGE REPEAT AFTER ONE MONTH of new LML NV 4 Stroke
    i purchased a new LML scooter with [COLOR=#009900 !important]registration number
    DL1SS 1442 in delhi.[/h]
    i am facing a problem of the VERY HEAVY SMOKING
    i complaint regarding the same to the authorised [COLOR=#009900 !important]service centre[/COLOR] at UTTAM NAGAR ,but no solution.

    later on i came to klnow that due to repeated [COLOR=#009900 !important]complaints[/COLOR] from users the company has facilitated to change the PISTON KIT BUT ONE MONTH LATER HE REAPT SAME PROBLEM
    but the service centre SAYS ANOTHER PART IS DAMAGE THE PART IS NOT STOCK FOR LAST FEW MONTHS .

    I AM USING Lml SCOOTERS SINCE 1999,BUT THIS IS FOR THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING SUCH A TECHNICAL FAULT AND THAT TOO WITHOU A SOLUTIN.
    SUCH KIND OF SERVICE FROM LML HAS REALLY HURT MY RECOMENDATION SENTIMENT.

    Default Battery problem

    hello i am apoorva upadhyay, i have complaint against honda activa scooter that it's battery is making problems that within 4 MONTHS it become discharged 3-4 times and a liquid (electrolyte or distilled water or acid) is dropping through day & night from this, our floor and the paint is distroyed(vanished) of front part of scooter and because of this a hole is made in the front matel part of scooter. i complained a couple of times but they couldn't rectified the problem. ones they keep the scooter in their service center for a day for observation of scooter but couldn'd do anything. now i am very dissapointed and frustated because of honda service. they dont agree to replace the battery . is these are honda's custmor services? after sometime an employee named vijayandra gupta looked after my problem and said that after 1 week new dry batteries will come to their shop for replacement and will inform me but didn't do so,i called him then he said 1 week more then once after that week i went there shop he again replied that 1 week more for reaching the batteries for replacement . Mr.chitpal singh & mr. joseph & Mr.prashant dwivedi(sales executive) also have acknowledgement about my battery problem and once i asked about this from owner of the shop.After that week i called couple of times to mr. vijayendra gupta his mobile is switch off , after calling to helpline i come to know that he resigned(left) his job and i am again in the initial situation. i again went to that shop everytime they misleading me and return me from the service center. they dont show any interst in my problem and make me confused and Mr.prashant dwivedi's mobile is also always busy that i couldn'n make call.PLEASE HELP ME I AM A MIDDLECLASS STUDENT. PLEASE RACTIFY MY PROBLEM my mobile number is 9407078843

    i want to make you aware aboutfraudconsultancy-SHARVYA EDUCATION SERVICES,108 KAILASH VIHAR NEAR INCOME TAX OFFICE GWALIOR M.P..This consultancy take rs 2000 as charge from students but dont take care of them after taking the money.I along with my friend visited this consultancy, but we are not serviced yet .they only pick up calls from 12-6pm and make any excuses , they already have in mind and tell students for further dates and this process goes on and on ..
    sir , its my humble request to take necessary action against such consultancies as soon as possible as they are playing with the emotions of students and youth of the country....

    Default Lml nv spl scooter complaint

    I had purchased NV SPL SCOOTER from LML SHOWROOM MAJARA, DEHRADUN 03 months back, engine No. E 16 B 3115257 and CH No. MD 711EABLB 3586242. My registration No. is UK 07 AK 0017. The local dealer is not providing (has refused to provide) the accessories and free service to my scooter. The behaviour of the dealer sis also very rude. The money for the accessories has already been deposited by me. Please look into the matter and kindly inform what can be done.

    i feel sorry you inform you that 2 or 3 months back i have purchased a new scooter from your LML company and its self is not working properly and i face difficult circumstances as i am a worker, and it is creating several difficulties for me at different places.I hope surely you'll be able to help me.

    Post Comlaint ragarding newly purchased scooter

    I have purchased a new scooter near about 3 or 4 months back but there is a problem in its self and the machinery is also not working properly due to this problem and its creating inconvenience for me.please reply me as soon it is possible .because i am suffering alot due to this problem.please provide your service to me as soon as possible .waiting for your response in this regard.

    Angry lml 4 stock complain

    Dear customer care,

    I have purchase LML NV STOKE scooter(DL4SBY1312) on 15 june,2011.
    After second service FROM SATISH AUTOMOBILE,SUBHASH NAGAR,NEW DELHI on dated 18 nov,2011 we are facing many problem which r as below :-
    1. clutch probelm
    2.indicator problem
    3.tail light problem
    4.excilator problem

    Default Unsatisfactory repairs

    Sir, i purchased a lml vespa nv four stroke scooter from kissan automobiles, bathinda. However there are a no of problems in the scooter. Last time i had handed over the scooter to the agency for repairs of noise in the engine. Even after keeping the scooter for more than six days, the repairs have not been done. I am sorry to mention that the repairs are unsatisfactory. On enquiry they simply state that they will change the crank if problem still exist. I don't understand what are they waiting for. Despite knowing the facts of unresolved problem, they should have changed the crank. Moreover the problem is there in its handel also. After getting the scooter back, the oil is also leaking. God save me and my scooter. I hope my request will certainly be taken care of and i will get a satisfactory response. Waiting for mechanics to come and resolve the problems. Thanks and regards

    Iam facing problems of repeated leack petrol every day & rear tyre & back carrier with jung and color damaged complaint regarding the same to authorised service centre at khanna & ludhiana but no solution there is technical fault and that to without a soution such kind ofvery poor service your aut. centre manager & owner not bother any complaint till 28-08-2012 not remove fault on scooter service WHY
    from your lml has really hurt my recomendation sentiments

    Default Complaint

    I have purchased scooter from rattan motors from faridabad near bata. From the date of purcase scooter is creating problem. Three was no provision for reserve oil. It not running smooth. It went to agency for 4 -5 times ;but problem not solved. You are requested to look in to matter.
