    Pashankar Auto worst service , Pune (Honda activa)

    These guys are harrassing customers, taking advances and not delivering vehicles in time, at the time of delivery they are asking for increased prices which customer should not pay as when they book activa they book at mrp.

    {Vijaya Paliwal} - Pashankar Auto - Worst experience everytime we deal with ( J.M Road Showroom).
    The guys from pashankar auto ( J.M Road Showroom - Head office), works exactly opposite of MISSION what is written on their website regarding customer service.

    1. They did not delivered the bike on time.
    2. When it was delivered - It has some acid pipe licking which destoyed the paint of new vehicle on front wheel.
    3. For some coating they ask to bring the vehicle after 6 months, when we r there after 6 months, they said come after monsoon in november,december for coating,
    When i went in november end, they told me to come on Sunday, when i told i am coming from office & i dont have time to come again & i am not here on sunday.
    They said vehicle should be washed before coating, we cannot take like this.

    This all things are not communicated earlier that YOU HAVE TO BRING VEHICLE ON SUNDAY & IT SHOULD BE WASHED BEFORE.
    They really harrass people, and we dont have time to go again & again for the same things.

    Hi,
    Unfortunately we had bunch of vehicles taken from this company. Now everybody is enjoying delayed services & worst reposnses from Pashankar auto. Of course corporate decision is taken to stop all futrure purhases & services from this great service provider of General Motors.

    First they dont commit corrcetly, if you try to take commitment then they try to fool around. If you overcome this pleasure they enjoy , then you get some commited date but be sure that they are senseless on time probably they do not have working watches. After this we get presentable guys where in you dont even feel like getting angry on them. Then it is turn waiting for sweetly untimely deliveries.

    Trust me we had received a vehicle with chocklates & doorlight not working, we were told this will be seen in a days time. Next day call to service centre reveals that you have to drop your vehicle to get this done, Waiting in question. Of course there are many incidents. Hope these complaints are registered directly with GM international affairs, customer care centre.

    I bought my Activa from Pashankar in 2009, and I too had all three experiences listed above. Ditto.
    I used to have servicing done from them but they overcharge customer and under deliver. Some people from service staff are good in nature but overall company policies are ridiculous.

    Never buy from Pashankar. I am also going to write HMSI about this.

    Default Harassment by pashankar automobile,, aundh Pune

    Hello sir,
    My name is anubhav Karhan. I booked one Honda activa from pashankar auto,aundh Pune nearly 3 months back. I am going to share my experience which gave me nightmares and lastly, I have decided to write here as I didn't have any other resort. I request you to kindly look into it as soon as possible.
    1. I booked one Honda activa from pashankar automobiles, aundh Pune. At the time of booking, they told me that the vehicle has a waiting period of 4 and half months. Only, when you make the whole payment in cash, they can deliver the activa in one month. I didn't understand the rationale behind this. Though I made them the full payment.
    2. I made the entire payment in cash. They kept on delaying the the delivery inspite of following up several times. finally, after two and half months, I got a call that the bike has arrived And to submit the required documents. They gave me a list of 6 documents, failing which they said, would not issue the vehicle. I submitted all the docs including rent agreement. They told the rent agreement should be registered ( an unregistered will not do ). They told me if I am not able to submit that, I will have to pay them an amount of 2500. When I asked them as to what was the amount for? They told "yahan aisa hi hot a hai". This dragged on to 15 days.
    3. When I threatened them that I will complain, they told they will do it and the documents are sufficient ( with the same docs I submitted before). They told me to pay an amount of 911 extra as the price for activa has increased since the time I booked it.
    Am I responsible for the delay? Why should I pay for the extra amount? They still have not delivered it. I will get it in. 2 days
    We don't know how it has to done? Will common people continue to suffer like this? I seriously seek your assistance here. Please do contact me as soon as possible. I want to defeat all these common man blood suckers.

    Default Rc/tc

    I purchased a Chevrolet Beat petrol car from their Pashankar Auto Pune (Baner) in June 2012. I still haven't received the RC/TC card/book.

    When I did a followup with them they are saying that it might have been returned back to RTO which is wrong as my parents are 24/7 at home. However accepting it I requested for the receipt copy of the registration application and payment to RTO office so that I can show the receipt copy there along with my identification proof and collect from them.

    Pashankar Auto representatives were unable to find the receipt as well. I followed up with Mr. Gwade and Kiran for a long time, they just repeatedly on every call asked for my name , mobile number car details and then promised to call back, but never ever did. Kiran said that he will get in touch with his agent for the receipt as hes not finding it with him. But later he also stopped responding as they didn't find it.

    Gawde said that he will try conferencing the call with Kiran, but surprisingly this Kiran never answers his call. I am left with no RC/TC documentation. Is this a good customer support. Are there any higher designated people in this organisation who will take over this and resolve this.

    Pashankar Auto Aundh is taking full price of activa at the time of booking.They are asking to pay Rs 57098 for booking of activa .Activa has 1 month waiting.I asked at other show rooms of honda .They are taking only Rs 1000 for booking.
    Do not know why aundh guys are cheating.

    I went for servicing my Activa there. They changed parts I never asked them to change, these thief Pashankars people(and many other authorised service centres) add "Oil Supplement" while servicing and charge additional 175 to 225, which is not at all required to your scooter. I would never recommend Pashankar/Rahul (both are same) in Aundh or JM Road for Honda two wheeler buying or servicing - several experiences of mine proved them to be looters.
