    Post complaint about Honda Aviator.

    I have purchased Honda Aviator on 28 march, 2010 from AMAR HONDA (Purvavali Ganeshpur Roorkee-247667, dist Haridwar) and after getting my Ist free service done instead of improving the performance it had started creating troubles in self start and after two days of service it didn't started neither by self or kick. I took my aviator to service centre, I was asked to leave the scooter for check-up and collect the same in some hours. but When I went to see the condition the condition was entirely different from what they were saying. this time the battery was not working and the CDI device was burst, the wiring was burned. I don't know what they did to my scooter.

    I was then asked to leave the scooter for 3-4 days, as the spares were not available in their store. After 4 days of their commitment I was again asked to come after 2 days. When I went again after 2 days, they changed the spares except the battery as the replacement of battery was still under process, was asked to take the scooter. I took the test ride and the sngine again stopped and didn't started. This time the new CDI device had again stopped working.

    I was again asked to come after 3-4 days and during my regular follow-ups I came to know from the service engineers that the scooter has got some manufacturing defect and we don't have the required meter to test the electronic circuits. 12 days have passed and the scoter is still with the service centre without any results. Now they say that we are helpless and I was asked to do whatever I want, they don’t know how much more time they will take to solve the issue.

    It is a matter of shame for a company like HONDA and I am sorry to say that I had very bad experience since I purchased Honda Aviator.

    I literally got fedded up and now I want that defected scooter to be replaced with a new one.

    so, I request you to look after the matter seriously or I am free to go to Consumer Court.

    and i got a lot of porblems
    you send me a very bad qulity of scooter,
    and you service i very very very bad no one is giveing me the proper ans

    Respected Sir,
    I have booked the Aviator Rebel Red on Oct 2010 at

    AMRIT AUTO, SANT BHAWAN ARYA NAGAR, JWALAPUR, HARIDWAR.

    The company had told us that they would provide the aviator after 30 days. After listening to this I have told in Bank of Baroda to avail me loan in 25 days. But after three days Amrit Auto has called me for the Aviator, but when I told them to hold it for few days they behave very badly.

    When I have receive the Aviator on 22-11-2010, Mr. Mohit the representative of AMRIT AUTO, has not checked it properly, and on that night only we have met an accident due to brakes failure. The next day when we have asked them for this, they have told that this is not their duty to check it.

    The company is always giving problem in giving the bills after taking payment, they have different excuses that light is not coming, printer is not running etc.

    The company is providing the extended warranty, but when I have asked for the bill, AMRIT AUTO simply refuses to provide that, they on giving the cash payment of RS 600 other than the whole amount(including Rs 600) draft of BANK OF BARODA and they have provide us the rough receipt of RS 600.00

    After first servicing, the day after my battery is not working, when I reached their, firstly they not take inside the aviator and check it on the road itself, they never cooperate with customer and always get signed the customer satisfaction report always as entering the vehicle previously.

    They have not checked properly the battery of the aviator and told us that the battery is not charged, and asking for money, when we have told them that what is the use of service they have told us that we do not know anything.

    Even the warranty book I have received from the AMRIT AUTO is incomplete.


    I HAVE ONE MORE TVS BIKE AND I AM VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

    I AM EXTREMELY SORRY BUT HONDA SERVICE IS THE WORST SERVICE TILL I KNOW.

    THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

    IF THE HONDA MANAGEMENT IS TRUE AT THEIR WORDS TILL TODAY, THEN PLEASE RECTIFY MY COMPALINT SINCE IT’S VERY DIFFICULT TO TRUST THE HONDA NOW.

    Default Honda Aviator Complaint

    Dear Sir,
    I bought one Honda Aviator-DRW from M/s Downtown Motors Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara (Gujarat) on 14th February 2010. The technical details of the vehicle are given below.
    Model Aviator DRW, Reg No. – GJ6 DN 5137, Color – Black
    Frame No 3BA8033777 Engine No. – 9037667
    I have two complaints
    1. The battery of the vehicle has not been functioning properly since last 6 months. It has finally been taken for under warranty replacement on 25th December after lot of persuasion and till date no replacement has come. I have to drive the vehicle without self-start, horn and side light indication. I am 63 years old man and am facing problems
    2. The average of the vehicle is about 25 Km per liter. At the time of purchase it was claimed that it will give 45 km per liter average. This problem has also not been sorted out.
    Can someone look in to this ?

    Default Complaint for non timely delivery of Honda Aviator

    Hello,

    I am Amareesh Naik and I reside in India, Pune city in Maharashtra state. I had booked a Aviator (RED) with Sterling Honda in PCMC area in Pune.
    I am writing you this email just to inform you that I am having a torrid experience with this dealer. He promised me the vehicle in two months and its been already 2 and a half months and yet he has not delivered.
    During this time period he has not called me a single a single time via phone or email to inform about the delays. It has been me who has been who has been calling him almost 7 times now but each time I they either tell me to wait for another two to 3 days or tell me that they will call me back. But I never receive the call.
    With this experience I don’t think I will ever recommend any body to but a Honda Two wheeler.
    I have lost it completely and want to move on to the consumer court with my complaint but thought it prudent to mail you first before moving to court.

    I have purchased Honda Aviator on 29 july, 2011 from international honda (bathinda,punjab) .sir my avitor was pull down and hand ligt cover was totally damnage,,,,. I took my aviator to service centre, I was asked to change the light cover but after 6 month u r distubutior does not change my hand light cover ,,,,. so bad service give your distibution international honda to pepoles,,,

    Thumbs down Honda aviator neither started by kick nor self

    I have purchased Honda Aviator on 10 MAY, 2010 from RAJINDER HONDA (969E,100 FT ROAD,BABARPUR,SHAHDARA,DELHI-110032 ) and after getting my free services done instead of improving the performance it had started creating troubles in self start and after few days of service it didn't started neither by self or kick missing problem started. I took my aviator to service centre, after service again it didn't started neither by self or kick . I don't know what they did to my scooter. . When I went again after same problem of missing, they changed the spares T , Brake shoe , spark plugs, etc and amount charged in race Honda,patparganj(approx-Rs2300) and at khajoori khas(Rs700 – 900 two to three times) and at Jhilmil 3 times from period of dec 2011 to jan 2012 (Rs480/-) .
