Thread: Relieving letter or certificate of experience/ denied by Axa Business Services

Dear Sir/ Madam,

With no other options, I am forced to write to you for your kind attention and for necessary action!

I have gone through lot of pain, sorrow, agony, dilemma, problems, metal and physical torture by my previous employer Axa Business Services (Pvt) Ltd.

I joined Axa Business Services (Pvt) Ltd, on 20th December 2005 and finished my services on 17th February 2007, they made me wait for 3 years and now have denied me relieving letter or certificate of experience, my salary, benefits and PF (Provident Fund) saying I have not completed relieving formalities or serving any notice period.

I have been following up from 2007 till date regarding my relieving letter or certificate of experience, my salary, benefits and PF (Provident Fund) with Axa Business services from February 2007 till date, I have been to the office in BTM layout and Residency road in Bangalore many times (CC footage, register entry and other details could be checked)

I had met Mr. Rajesh (HR), Mr. Manjunath (HR), and they asked me to meet Ms Mellener (HR), as my reporting Manager Mr. Kiran Ramakrishna and Operation Manager Mrs. Enind D’souza were not on pay roles with Axa Business Services.

I have visited Site 2 and Site 4 many times from 2007, every time I was asked to wait for hours and was later asked to come another day, but could not meet Ms Mellener.

I had put my papers in the month the October 2006, but my papers were not accepted by my reporting Manager Mr. Kiran Ramakrishna. There where regular meetings between Operation Manager, reporting Manager and me.

Reason: I had got a better offer from another company then and also had a back paper (I had not given any fake documents to the company). They wanted me to complete the paper and stay on, as my performance in the team was good. Later in the month of January, there were new team members, who were trained and I was asked to leave in on 17th February 2007 by my Reporting Manager as HR could not wait till April for me to clear my back paper. My Manager Mr. Kiran Ramakrishna had asked me to leave and come after a month to collect my relieving letter or certificate of experience. But they kept my waiting till date; it has been very painful, agonizing with metal and physical torture.

I even wrote to the CEO of the company Mr. Chirag Buch, he denied saying I have not completed relieving formalities or serving any notice period. Company had asked me to leave all of a sudden and now they are blaming me.

During my tenure at Axa Business Services, I was one among the top performers of the team, which could be checked with the available data.

Please help me in getting my relieving letter or certificate of experience, my salary, benefits and PF (Provident Fund)

I have been cheated by Axa Business Services and I have been denied my moral and employee right.
