Im a resident in Konena Agrahara, Near Old Airport Road, Bangalore. There is a kerala restaurant named New Paris Hotel in the same area.

I got a chilly chicken today (09-Oct' 11) evening around 8:00 pm, but the chicken was stale and harder than any Non-Veg item I've had earlier. I reported to them and asked for a bill for the purchase I made, but they were very evasive and not ready to give me the bill for the same. Moreover they were very rude and threatened me to keep quiet and move from that place. Since more of those hotel guys, I had to move from that place. Also they tried to take the chilly chicken (I have purchased from that hotel) by force, but some how managed to take that and the bill for it along with me.

Please let me know how to proceed further, so that people like them, does not sell substandard food to the public.
