Hi,

I have ordered one pizza and some add ones online through domino's pizza website. But the product didn't get delivered at all. When I have called to get the status after 1 hour. They told to wait for next ten minutes. Again I have called after half an hour, they started to give excuse and said in next ten minutes the order will be delivered. After that I have called them and asked to get the order cancelled but their response was not prompt & they disconnected call without any communication. It happened twice. Then I have reached their delivery center to meet personally & asked them to get the order cancelled, instead they started to offer some complimentary (of Rs40/- around). But they didn't refunded the amount at all. When I told them that I will make a complaint of yours, they just said "go ahead".

Please let me know how I can go ahead with this case.
