I recently visited PAPADAMS RESTAURANT, Hyderabad and i saw that they are charging a Kinley Bottle for Rs. 24/- when the price of the bottle was Rs. 14 /- and when asked for he said that it is cooling charge ad he also charged 4% tax. Is this correct?
