This lounge is an old one. Last visited in 2006 & then on May 8 2010.

At about 1.25 when it is time for me to leave, they locked the doors from outside.. leaving about 10 us stranded in corridor to step in. I had a cab waiting outside, each time to co ordinate with him had to move in & out of the loo to answer the calls due to the loud music.

Finally out of frustration caught a housekeeping boy & asked him to get the door opened as it was an emergency.
With the house keeping boy comes another wait who said a line like, " you have to wait here to get out of the club. I saw you roaming in the club two or three times"
Finally when the door opened I yelled out a big thank you!

The waiter in anger said ya its opened now you get out!

Im just wondering here who is the customer & who is the waiter..

No manners on how to talk to a girl, no manners on how to talk to a customer. MISBEHAVIOR!

Finally I had to take this a step further & yelled at a manager. There was no apology given from anyone. Only ignored me.

I want to take this matter further. What if there was an emergency like a fire or something.. & people need to evacuate.. how can they shut us from outside??

PATHETIC PLACE!
