I had dinner at not just paranthas, Rajouri Garden and was charged Rs.59 plus taxes for a bottle of water with MRP of Rs.13 printed on it. When I raised the same with the manager he said that this is very normal and he will not change the bill. He also made fun of consumer court.

Kindly advice whether this is allowed or not..
