Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked an e-ticket from an agent for the month of June and then
cancelled it. I have not received any amount from him after the
cancellation. He is not picking up the phone and the office is also closed.
His details and the ticket details are mentioned. Once he picked up the
phone and gave excuses that he doesnt have money and would give in
installaments at his convenience. Please if you could help with this as soon
as possible.
