On 26th February 2012 at 10.31 I booked 3 tickets for my wife and two daughters, for travelling on 25th May
At the time of booking it was showing seats are available. On the basis of that information I booked 3 ticket.
While booking it shows : 1 seat was confirmed and other 2 seats are waiting list No.1 & 2.
My question :
1) Before booking seat was availble and after booking only 1 seat was confirmed How this could be.
2) OK, I believe that only one seat was available before booking. Then the balance two ticket should be 'RAC", but it was waiting list 1 & 2.
3) After 3 months also (journey date was 25th May) the ticket was not confirmed and the status was waiting list 1 & 2.

How this could be. For 3 months nobody cancelled any seat? Unbelievable. When one seat is confrmed other seat shold be RAC.

Further, why the status of the seat is not updating daily basis. Till the chart is prepared nobody knows about the status.
The status should be updated immediately if any one cancell the ticket, which is not happening.
