    Sir,

    This is informing you that I travelled on 19th May 2012 in DMRC and I am a DMRC card holder. On 19th May 2012 I boarded the train at Subhash Place metro somehow I don’t know how but at the entry gate the card which I swiped did not captured the data ,when I deboarded the train at Pitampura station around 11 pm I went to exit gate but the card was not accepting ,so I went to the customer care at the station but the staff said the card was not punched at the boarding station so as per the DMRC rule you have to pay the maximum fare, I got panic and I said I will not pay any extra fair towards my journey as it was not my mistake its your system which did not captured the data from my card ,after a very hot discussion the staff said if you will not pay the extra fair stay inside the station and " don’t shout otherwise I will slap you" as it was around 11 pm and I was getting late to my home I paid the extra fair and I called their call centre they took my complaint and said will be reverted with 8-10 days since I did not get any reply after that I mailed it to DMRC on 01/06/12 and I received a call from station manager that he will look into it and will call back ,but no call received as off today.

    Please look into it and I am claiming for Defamation as it was very insulting in front of many people at the metro station.

    Angry complaint for govt. controller at adarsh nagar station

    sir i want to say that there is no security for any person in delhi metro,

    i'm explaining you that on saturday-14th july night at adarsh nagar metro staion,
    during exit time suddenly my token was blocked in exit machine,
    there was one to help me out for exiting there,
    suddenly a controler came named "satbir singh" came out of HCR and i said to him that i cant able to exit bcz my token has been blocked,
    then suddenly he shouted at me and said :"tu chup ho tere ko main exit kara dunga zyada bol mat abb" .

    then i asked him that sir why r u shouting at me whats the problem with u, then again he shouted at me,

    i again said that sir whats the problem with u, he said:" main aise hi chillaunga kya kar lega",
    at that time all sweepers working there came and hold my hands,

    how dare they hold my hands..................,

    sir,
    please look at my problem and hope u'll take some action against the controller and the sweepers.

    Thumbs down Lack of changes at token counter

    hello sir,
    this is to inform you that the employees at the token counter always asks for CHANGE and that too not for rs1 or 2 but for rs 7, 8 or 9.
    And since sometimes we do not carry changes, so taking the benefit of that the employees at the token counter do not return us the remaining money. Yesterday at the SHADIPUR metro station i asked for a token for MG ROAD metro station, they asked me for rs 7 change.Since i did not have the change so they did not give me the remaining change, then again at the MG road metro station the asked for change while taking the token and again they did not return the change.
    As an individual its not a big loss, but its a huge inconvenience while buying the tokens.So pi request you to please do consider this.
