I am very much frustrated with the IRCTC Online Booking site.When ever i try to book Tatkal ticket it always says Service Unavailable or session expired. If i contact the Railway agent he will get the ticket from the same site.If the railway has much interest selling from the broker then mention on the site about the same so that public will not book the ticket or they can find an alternate

i bought my mobile on 26th january 2012 from timtara.com...i wait for month for my mobile..then i call them and tell that now i dont want my mobile and please refund my money..they agree to give me my money..but now its june month and i yet not recive my money....and i m getting tensed .,so plz help

Whenever I try to book tatkal ticket online from IRCTC, i will never get it. I will get some or the other errors on the site and sometimes the site will not login at all.

However if i go to broker he will get me confirmed ticket for sure.

It seems that Congress is earning money from Railway as well now. If they want people to book ticket from Broker and pay them hefty commission then they should just declare that.

I have also got the confirmed general ticket from broker while the IRCTC showed it as Waiting List


Congress and Railway is fooling people of India.....

Hi im from chennai for the past 3 days im trying to book tatkal tickets from chennai to mumbai in sleeper class...And this 3 days i gt frustated because in a fraction of 18 or max 20 minutes ....all tickets are getting over ...im logging into the site on time and at the time i find book option there and after clicking that button it will load after sometimes it shows service is unavailable.Really i dont understand what is going on in this site....reallly itz better to stand in Q for 3 hours and im sure we can get confirmed ticket..I really suspect that something is happening in IRCTC site and common man is not able to book confirmed tatkal tickets ...according to my excperience IRCTC is the worst site ever i have seen.....

Hi when i try to book tatkal ticket always comes only message that services are not available. Its very sad to sit and login frequently without any result

I don't understand the reason why IRCTC people saying that server crashed ,after 10 AM "service unavailable " error msg flashed every time , Facebook ebay all sites are working with millions of hits same time , some internal "SETTING" in IRCTC, people should come together and raise voice against this open LOOT , No one care about it in this 21st century still we are facing "BABU SHAHI".

While booking my ticket to Jammu to New Delhi in Rajdhani Express on dated 07.02.2013 at 10.00A.M to 12.30P.M in Tatkal Quota 3rd A.C.We observed some Technical Problem in IRCTC Site, making payment site was hanged.I restart and first saw in booking history there was no ticket booked shown in history sheet,I again start booking ticket,same problem observed,then i opened the booked history there was 2 ticket booked viz PNR No.2714388286 and 2143778385 respectively.
Now,it is requested to please cancel my ticket with PNR No.2143778385 and credit the amount in my account.
