Hi Sir/Madam,

As per our discussion with one of the IRCTC customer care executive,
I had cancelled journey for two passengers corresponding to PNR-6505242846 at time 2:52 PM on date 9th March 2012 and my journey date was 10th March 2012,
The Train scheduled departure time was 2:50 pm on 10th March .I was trying to login on IRCTC website from last 15-20 minutes on date 9th March at time 2:30 pm.
I was getting the error" connection error".Fortunately I logged in at 2:45 pm and when tried to cancel the ticket was getting the same error "Connection error".
So unable to cancel before 24 hours.I called IRCTC customer care executive and explained the same issue and he suggested me to drop a mail for the same.
I dropped the mail but the 25 % amount was deducted which should be 60 rs. per passenger because the issue was with IRCTC Website.

Why the customer should suffer because of technical issue at IRCTC Website?

Below is the Ticket details:

PNR-6505242846 , Transaction id=0436092493, Train Number and Name=12823/Chhatishgarh Sampark Kranti,Class=2 AC, source station=Bilaspur , Destination Station=Hazrat Nizamuddin, delhi, date of journey=10th march 2012.

Kindly help me out on this issue as soon as possible...I want they should return back remaining amount as they commited over the phone.
