Hello everyone,
i have not seen such a worst website then irctc. the worstest in worst is the irctc server. today wen i was booking ticket at around 8am for tatkal booking,it gets so much slow and the main thing, amount gets debited from my acc bt ticket is not booked...what a amazing thing without getting your ticket confirm u have to pay amount...it happened not just once for me, it got 3times the same result....only thing i got is "SORRY COMMUNICATION PROBLEM" every time... why cant our government improve performance for this waste website...cant they even provide a proper server for this. having the largest railway system in world also the worst website for organization....plzzzz on behalf of every citizen...plz change irctc server or improve its performance so that it's speed can b good....i request to plz speed up this website....
