ONLY half of Money refunded 1.only Rs.578/- was refunded by IRCTC (PNR No. 6104657390)whereas the total amount incurred on booking was Rs.1176/- and the train was late for 22 hours so myself with co-passenger could not travel and took another mode for travel as it was urgent to reach on time to the destination.
2. It is also pertinent to mention that this is the second time when only half of money is being returned after my TDR Filed (refer to pnr no.2552273040; case is pending with irctc and i am following it since Aug '11).
