Dear sir,

i would like to request indian consumer court for the injustice happened to me yesterday. i was travelling from delhi to mumbai in golden temle express in sleeper class. my seat no was 20 under the berth S7.. i purchased the counter ticket from karkardooma reservation center by standing at 6am in the long cue to avoid any agent interference on any commision. and i got the ticket by my own where i submitted d xerox copy of my election id card..And i asked the person who was issuing d tickets that if i'll carry a xerox copy of d same will it be acceptable by TT. and he said no it will not be accepted and if you want to provide a xerox then it must be attested by some gadgeted officer.During my travelling i carried a attested copy of my election card which was on xerox sheet and more than of that, i was having my ORIGINAL PAN CARD AND MY ORIGINAL DRIVING LICENSE AND SOME BANK CARDS,AND MEDICLAIM CARDS....I showed him everything..but he didnot understand all those and made a penalty on my name and issued a new ticket too on challan.He charged me 770RS which made my pocket restricted to 30rs only coz i was carring 800 rs in my pocket.

and i have asked that TT to write everything that i showed to you as my original identity. so he written everything on the challan and charged 770rs/-...i have that copy which i want to give as an proof for such injustice...and will raise my voice till i get the justice....The name of the TT was yogesh tyagi.

May i request you to please take an immediate action on it and ask the indian railways to refund the said amount to me.
