Non Refund of e-tcikets booked online I had booked a ticket for myself on Chandigarh-Delhi-Chandigarh route vide PNR no.s 2560295982 and 2431754441 on Shatabdi for onward Journey on 28th Jan, 2012 and Return on 30-Jan, 2012. I had booked these tickets using irctc website and with my userid which i have been using for last 6-7 years.
Because of personal reasons, i wanted to cancel my tickets but when i tried to log in to cancel, the website is not allowing me to log in saying user id/pwd is invalid. I have tried forgot pswd option but things are not working.
I send emails to etickets <etickets@irctc.co.in> but after 1 response where they asked for details there has been no response. I tried calling customer care multiple times but the phone doesnt go through. I dont want to lose Rs. 1,300 because of these guys inefficiencies. Can you pls help?. I am attaching the mail send to them as a notepad.

Dear Sir
I booked e-ticket through IRCTC on 19/01/2012. But, due to some reason i had to cancel that ticket on 19/01/2012 itself.
Now on IRCTC its showing the amount to be refunded as below
Refund Details Cancelled Date: 19-JAN-2012 Refund Amount: Rs 3309 Refund Status: Refunded Receipt Number: 2003234501 Refund Date: 25-JAN-2012
But still there has been no credit from IRCTC in my account
Please look into the matter and will highly appreciate some response in this matter
