my irctc account has been deactivated just like that though i have been using it for over 4 years, all my details including the mobile no has been furnished and infact i used to get sms alerts on booking, this is disgusting all my feb tickets are on in my a/c and am yet to take print out and the entire ticjket record is stored there. pls suggest me way to activate my ac once again.

I have irct online account last 5 years but last 2 days i could not login the a/c.when login the account uid & p.w then asking wrong pw & u id but i operate somany times & smae u id & pw form 5 years.i have not change pw and uid.
i wish to cancelled e- tckt. dated on 10/02/2012
