Dear sir

my irctc account has been deactivatedjust like that though i have been using it for over 4 years, all my details including the mobile no has been furnished and infact i used to get sms alerts on booking, this is disgusting all my feb tickets are on in my a/c and am yet to take print out and the entire ticjket record is stored there. pls suggest me way to activate my ac once again.

Dear forum users,

Railways won't bother about the our accounts without any intimation they are de-activated our account,
Am also suffered from this deactivation problem
I was called up and sent mails to concern ,but no response from them.
I hope in this forum also none of railway empoyee present.
They have enough money and they are in demanding position.
Finally customers/payers are literally ........./sufferer.
