I have booked a tatkal ticket through irctc from gondia to manmad by 11040 maharashtra exp for 13.06.2012. After chart preparation the train has been cancelled. I filed tdr but refund has not been approved. The excuse given to me is that tatkal ticket cannot be refunded. But when a train is cancelled why they will not give the refund.
