IRCTC Cancellation Refund not received Dear Team,
On 13 Apr 2011 I was booked my reservation through IRCTC site. I made the payment and the money has been deducted from my HDFC bank account. Due to some reason I had cancelled my ticket. But till date I have not received my refundable money. I though it will received with in 90 days but yet there is no any action.
In this the cases refund details says that "Payment Not Received From Bank".if it was not received then why money was deducted from my account.
Following are my details.
Transaction id for this is : 0331019979.
Money deducted from my HDFC account is 895/-.
My irctc id is : subhesh04

I have booked abus ticket on sahara bus .com site for journey from Mumbi to hyderabad on 24 N0v for travel 26 th Nov .
I have cancelled the ticket and have not got the refund from sahara travels till todate.
