complaint against catering staff on board

I am travelling by Swarna Shatabdi train No 12029.coach no C-1 seat no 41. PNR 2329335448,I will disembark at Phagwara.
I have asked the catering boy severally to get me complaint book or to call the catering incharge.He hasnt done it.I wished to complalint against the very poor and unhygienic catering which is deficient in many respects. The staff is far from courteous.There is no other way to file my compliant so i looked into internet sources.The boys catering in this coach are not wering their name badges.One boy has given his name as Raja Babu but I ma not sure if its true.Action against the caterers is requested under intimation to me.
can instructions be made to the authorities to provide this information on where to,and with whom to lodge the complaints on board in each and every coach of the railways or atleast through public address system.Thanks

We (myself + 2 members) had travelled in Bangalore Rajdhani (Train No.12430) from H.Nizamuddin (NZM) to Kazipet (KZJ) in AC-2 Tier (A2 Coach) on 29.12.2012 at 8.50 PM.
The catering service is not provided as per standard norms/terms of Indian Railways. We had objected and intimated the same to the catering servers of the Coach and we are requested to the servers regarding bring the complaint book and Menu card. They had refused the same.
You are, therefore, requested to inquire the same and take the necessary action at the earliest and also intimate the undersigned as early as possible.

I am Travelling in shatabdi from Ludhiana to Amritsar in on 5th June-2013 C8 Coach seat 24 boarded at 8:35 PM ,PNR no2718965593.

Catering staff refused to serve non-veg dinner saying that they dont have it.

when contacted to catering manger that it is on my ticket as food preference as non-veg then it was served .the catering staff behaviour is very arrogant.

Similar incident happened on 4th june 2013 in same coach C8 pnr no 2610119055 and same person said that as they have brought non veg from other coach so customer has to pay money for the same.

Need an adequate action for such harrasement.
