Flightraja Travels delinking from IRCTC




am working as sub-agent of flighraja travels pvt ltd since last 2-3 years. What happened I don't know rail booking were stopped suddenly. After contacting @ Flighraja they told us it is delinked from IRCTC for technical upgradation. At the same time another principal agents' portals were also delinked from IRCTC but they started functioning and doing their business with their sub-agents. Then what is the problem with Flighraja?
Rail authorities imposed DO's & Don'ts for IRCTC agents. We are ready to follow, but what is IRCTC is doing for the blacklisted agents who are using various B2C portal to book tickets taking booking charges @Rs 50-100 per seat. They are doing their business.
Please give a chance to Honest agents to work. Railway can appoint vigilance officers to prevent malfunctioning agents.

It is now more than 3 weeks that e-ticketing services has not been working on Pay World India.

Everytime I call them to ask for a reason, I am told that they are working with IRCTC. Some dues were outstanding which are not paid off.

I am tired of these lames execuses with no defintive answer. I took Pay World India for Rs. 8000/- and now they don't even take care to respond porperly.

Who is going to bear the loss I am having daily. I am also loosing my customer base and their trust? Who would want their customer to return?

And now yesterday onwards, Pay World India website is also down. All I need to know is by when e-ticketing services will start and if you do not have answer, please state it honesly.

What is the customer care number? I was booked a up and down flight from bangalore to delhi of spice jet through flight raja. I cancelled ticket directly from spicejet, now i need to get back my money, so to whom i should contact? Ticket was booked online with credit card. Kindly suggest.
