I did two cancellation from my IRCTC account, but the refunded amount has not been deposited to my account.
Please find the details below:
1. Transaction ID: 0352849289; From: Pune; To: Ajmer; Amount: 3816 Rs
2. Transaction ID: 0352851466; From: Ajmer; To: Pune; Amount: 3816 Rs
I contacted IRCT and my issuing bank quite number of time, but not received any good response from them. IRCT says they transfered the amount with following details:
Trace Num:433666 Refund Date: 24-08-2011, Auth Code: 176980, ARN Num: 75425311236190005400531, Refund Amt: 3816.00 , ORDER Num:0352849289
Trace Num:433768 Refund Date: 28-08-2011, Auth Code: 177099, ARN Num: 75425311240380005302696, Refund Amt: 3816.00 , ORDER Num:0352851466
With this details I contacted my bank, they said that they have returned back the amount with following details:
Trace # 433768 - PV # 5601194045971109, PV date : 07-09-2011.
Trace # 433666 - PV # 5601194995871108, PV date : 26-08-2011.
Now I am not able to trace where my amount is.
Can you please help me in tracing the amount
