    Default Irctc ticket not booked but amount deducted

    Hi
    I booked ticket through IRCTC from hyderabad to Chennai for 12-11-11 on tatkal on 11-11-11 at 12.55p.m. I paid through IDBI Internet banking (transaction description IPAY/ESHP/INDIAN RAILWAY/10982059/041526 ) No ticket was booked but I got a msg from bank "amount Rs\-1,355 has been debited through net Banking towards a Net Banking transaction. Please help me in refunding my money back. Thank You.

    ticket not book amount deducted from idbi bank transaction date : 24/04/13
    transaction amount : 3172.47
    transaction type : DR
    transaction description : IPAY/ESHP/INDIAN RAILWAY/25421236/067893

    PLEASE RE-BOOKED TICKET
