IRCTC Confirms that they have refunded then why Yatra guys are taking more then 3 Days. This is really pathetic

As per our refund policy, the refund on your ticket has been processed at our end within 72 hours of the cancellation. The refund was processed by us on 10th November. The bank would take approx. 3-5 working days to credit the amount of Rs 2560 to your account.

I want to cancel my flight bookings on 30th Nov 2011 from Bhubaneswar
to Delhi via Kingfisher Red flight (20:00 Hrs - 22:00 Hrs). Airline

I am not able to cancel the ticket through online portal. Kindly guide

Hi team,

We have not received the refund for the second cancellation on this reference number which happened on the 21st of last month. Kindly check and do the needful to get this amount refunded on priority.

I tried to book two tickets on yatra which were showing available,after entering all my card information and everything when i clicked continue they kept me waiting for around 10 minutes and after that a message popup saying that your tickets are not confirmed however my '6000' rs has been debited from my account..when i tried to call them they were responding and they don't even have valid cust care numbers i tried so many times and they keep telling me that mam u have to write to out cust care dept???why so????but despite that i wrote an email also but they did not return my money yet.My yatra ref number is 428BGG ...i want my money back as soon as possible...i request evryone not to buy anything from yatra.com they are frauds..
no customer care at all..
