I have filed for the TDR with irctc for the train being late for more than 4 hours.
As per the rules the entire ticket amount should be refunded. But they have refunded only half of the amount. I have mailed them many times and lodged complained. Every time my claim gets rejected by Railways.

I'm really gets frustrated with the rejection and re-application. Please drive the case from now.
