Dear Sir/ Ma'am

In ths month of Feb -2011 i have booked a ticket from IRCTC for two passenger of an amount Rs. 858. At that time there was riot of Gujjars and train was rerouted . Hence passengers had not travelled by this train. Then i have filed TDR on next day . After 6 days half of the amount Rs. approx 428 was refunded and since then i am figthing for the rest of the amount but still there is no output . Here i am pasting the details :
