i filed tdr on 2nd of april 2009 which is not cleared till date. the details of the ticket is given below

I booked a ticket to travel from MDU to MS under General quota on 23rd of October 2010. I used my ICICI credit card for the payment towards IRCTC. The ticket was not booked and got an automated mail with Transaction ID: 0265877154 with the message that the refund instruction will soon be sent to bank and refunded in 2-3 working days. But when the amount credited there was a Difference of Rs. 100 whereas it has credited only Rs. 142 instead of Rs. 242. I sent an email with the screen shot of my Credit Card Bank statement but till now the difference amount has not credited back to my account.

Please help me on this and tell me what further I have to do from my side.

ICICI Account debited Rs. 246.36 including its Transaction Charges (Rs. 242 + 1.8% as Transaction Charges as it is ICICI Credit Card).

I have submitted TDR on 25-Jan-2011 and the status shows "CCM Registered". How many days does it take for refund and where should i follow up.
