    Default Railway Ticket Complaint

    Sir/Madam,
    I am Dr.Amey Tamhane.My assistant Mr.Laxman Ambegawe was travelling in Coimbatore
    Express 1013 which started from Lokmanya Tilak Station on 25th July 2009 at 22.30 A
    TC named Manoj Nethra told my assistant to get down at solapur station as he felt
    that the date of journey was wrong.He humiliated him & spoke very arrogantly with
    him and when other passangers in the compartment tried to explain to the TC that the
    date of journey and the ticket is correct,the TC started arguing with them and
    demanded Rs.1000 from them if they felt that it is correct.Station Master at Solapur
    Station also did not listen to his request.My assistants name was on the chart the
    TC had.
    My assistant had to reach Coimbatore at any cost and due to the TC's fault I had to
    cancel the return journey ticket.As both my tickets were booked in Tatkal Qota I
    incurred a great loss of money and time.I request you to take serious legal action
    against the TC and the Railway Department and make tell them to make arrangements
    for my Compensation for humiliating my assistant.
    I request you to kindly take this matter seriously and help me out as soon as possible.

    Dear sir/madam,

    while i was on travel to the holy place of 'MAA VAISHNO DEVI' my return ticket was in the train 0404(Udhampur Delhii Special) on 1st of Sept. 2009 from Jammu Tavi Railway station , when I board the train i have found that there was not even a single drop of water in the train, I have told to the TTE and the RPF men in the train , but they didn't help me any more. All the passengers have spent all their time without water in the train during their journey to Delhi. Please do somthing about this . My reservation was in Coach no. S7, birth no. 40.

    Dear Sir,

    Have you forwarded any written complaint to the DRM office or in the complaint booklet of Railway Deptt. available at the Railway Stations? If not, then send a written complaint to DRM office as soon as possible.

    Default Refund ticket

    Dear Sir \ Madam

    I am traveling from Tata to Indore. On 20/11/09 i have start my journey from tata nagar to Bhilashpur by bomby mail (2810) & my link train is from Bhilashpur Narmada EXP (21/11/09) but in same rout tata bhilashpur passenger trail track out due to this reason Bombay mail 13HRS late reached at Bhilashpur so that i miss my train. After that i go to cancellation my ticket but booking staff not cancellation my ticket.

    Default forced to pay extra amount

    I booked ticket for my relatives with PNR 824-3066312; two out of four
    passengers seats are confirmed. As per the ticket instructions, partial
    waitlisted passengers can board (thus, I did not cancel the ticket for
    other two passengers). However, the railway staff in train forced them to
    pay ticket charges (more than Rs.3600) two out of four passengers 3 & 4
    (the receipt has number: H942038). The original ticket for passengers 3 &
    4 was not booked. Thus I would like to know hwy the amount was charges.
    Moreover, I would laso like to file TDR for passengers 3 & 4. Please also
    tell me where I can file a complain

    today[14/06/2010] morning i bought a ticket from vadodara railway station.a ticket for vadodara to surat of karnavati super fast train..it was coast rs 47.i had bought this ticket for my sister,but when my sister traveled with that ticket,the ticket checker refushed to accept that ticket.though my sister has no foult in this metter,the fault was of a ticket distributer.even though the ticket checker behave roudly with my sister,n embrassing her in front of all the other passenger,and through her out at bharuch railway station.so tell me who is responsible for this inconvenience family is a educated family.my self i am a medical student.and my sister is also MBA finance,and my father is also class ii officer in gujarat govt.
    so please give me proper explanation..

    Dear sir i have booked a reservation ticket from kanpur to banglore on 25/12/10 by train no 12591 for 5 no of ticket
    with me my mother also going to banglore she is age of 68 (sr ctzn) no lower berth alloted to me. ascertain
    at least one lower berth for my mother .

    Angry Regarding booking of the tickets

    Hi sir,

    I booked the ticket from Lucknow to New Delhi for 21st Nov, 2010. I made the payment twice for different transaction using Net banking as well as credit card. There is big time glitch in Indian railways website. The processing takes hell a lot of time. For once it showed transaction as successful and then show my booked history as failed. The amount got deducted from mine account but the tickets did not get reserved. This is kind of cheating, I did not get the amount refunded back to my account. Please help in this regard and help to sort this issue as soon as possible.

    Default unnecessaryy delay of train

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    i m travelling by a train no 0416 a summer special train on 26.10.2010, I caught this train at Bareilly Jn. at 4'o clock during my journey to Varanasi, about one hr delay.it reaches to the outer of railway station Lucknow Jn. at abot 7.30 o'clock, train stops there for about 45 min. and when it leave Lucknow Jn again the train stops at outer many times and it has consumes aproximate 1 hr. So finally train runs smoothly only after 10' o'clock. Means it has been taken around 2.30 hr at a single station without any genuine reason.
    So kindly look in to matter seriously and take a healthy decision if u can not run this type of train timly kindky dont provide fake benifit, passengers r facing a lot of problems.
    Remember this day was Karwan Chouth day.

    Default Refund for cancelled railway ticket booked at yatraonline.

    I have booked a railway ticket at yatraonline.
    on 6th Oct 2010 from
    Ernakulam to Lokmanya tilak terminus 3Tier AC
    boarding at ernakulum
    departure 14th Oct. 2010 14:05pm
    Quota General.
    Amount : Rs 1230
    I cancelled my ticket on 07th Oct 2010
    I received cancelled copy of ticket and
    refund amount was Rs 1158
    But my credit card never received the refunded amount.
    There is no way to contact them on phone.Only way is Through E-mail rail@yatraonline.com
    I wrote them mail on 22 Oct 2010 about my refund amount and i got a reference no 5364672
    Uptill now no refund or even mail has received to my account.
    Again on 1st Nov 2010 i wrote a mail i got another refernce no 5408502
    Now what should i do ?

    Default Cheating in railway reservatuion

    We ,V.M.Joseph and K.J.Abraham had reserved tickets in 3A from Mangalore central to Aluva to travel by Maveli express 16603 on 23 /12 2010. We wee on wating list 9 and 10 and later upgraded to 8,and 9.Always waiting lists passengers with the above waiting lists are always confirnmed.

    When we came to board the train Our names was not found on the Chart.Not even as passengers in the waiting list.We were forced to travel in the general compartment with another ticket. I have not cancelled the ticket.in the booked history our names are still there.

    i suspect that the reservatuion section has done thhe mischief in collution with travel agents and touts to give accomadation to some one else.
    I want refund as well just compensation for the great hartdship we were given by the dishonest work of railsways.

    I had booked a ticekt on 05.05.2011 from NDLS to MUZAFFARPUR for dated 12.06.2011 vide Transaction ID no 0338409721 under PNR no 2220162451 but till time ticket is not delivered at my home address.Irequest u to pls. take action.

    To - Railway.
    My Name is Aditya Jaiswar. I want to complain about Ticket comfirming I Was bring a ticket in ticket counter later 2 month and That ticket was waiting list and now Ticket was not confirm in two after also Then I ticket send back To ticket counter. I want want to complain aboutticket in mulund ( e ) ticket will not cofirming in 2 month.
