TC named pankaj kumar to get down at begusarai station on 7-may-11 as i lelt
that the date of journey I was not travel in this journey. My PNR number is:- 635-6894469 (s-3/40)
I request you to kindly refund my ticket balance. This matter seriously and help me out as soon as possible.

My name is Firoz Akhtar and My brother Mr. Javed Akhtar had booked a ticket on 07.10.2011 by TATKAL quota from Delhi to Tatanagar whose details are given below:

But while booking through Tatkal on 07.10.2011 at 08:00 hrs from , the booking staff wrongly entered Boarding station as "DELHI" instead of "GAYA" while on the requisition slip Boarding was mentioned as "GAYA". When it was checked by my brother, the booking staff told him that Boarding can be changed by submitting an application to the Station Master. Immediate at 09:00 hrs he had given the application form to the staff at Station Master's office. But the staff refused to accept the application and told him that Change of Boarding application can be accepted after 24 hrs only. Means he has to submit application on 08.10.2011. But when on 08.10.2011 my brother submitted application the another staff again refused and told him that application can be accepted 24 hrs before the departure of train at the location i.e. from Delhi. Now just think this is a contradictratory statement by both the staff because Tatkal is allowed before 48 hrs of schedule departure of train and one staff says 24 hrs after the booking and another staff says 24 hrs before the departute of train. Then when a passenger has to submit application form. Totally misguide from one of the staff. After this my brother met with staition Master of Ranchi Jn, Jharkhand. Earlier he was also trying to misguide that there is No rule to change the Boarding station in case of Tatkal Tickets but when my brother requested he told that you have to arrange one person at Delhi Railway station and request TTE who will be boarding from Delhi station and informed him that these passenger will be boading from "GAYA" instead of "DELHI". My brother again any how arranged by his friend at the Delhi railway station in the early morning of 06:00 am. His friend requested TTE of train no 12876, but the TTE again said that he can't do anything and the birth will be alloted to another passenger and he did so. When all the doors were closed from Railwal department my brother boarded the train at GAYA station with all afmily members, as he has no alternative choice. My whole family had suffered huge problem during the journey though they have confirmed ticked. This was loss of money as well as time and mental humilation and my whole family had suffered all these problem for the whole journey in which my mother aged 55 is also there including my niece aged 8 years. As both my tickets were booked in Tatkal Qota I incurred a great loss of money as well as time and mental humilation. My query is that who is responsible for all these...???Obviously the Railway staff, TTE of Delhi and Officer (Station Master, Ranchi Jn, Jharkhand). Therefore, I request you to take serious legal action
against the staff, TTE & Station Master and make tell them to make arrangements
for my Compensation for.

I am Dr.Ravindra Nath Sharma,Resident of Muzaffarpur ,Bihar. I have booked 4 tickets in 2nd class AC in train no.12562- Swatantrata Senani,dated -22nd October, 2011,From New Delhi to MUzaffarpur, boading at New Delhi.The ticket had not been confirmed so at the due time , journey had to be cancelled ,but the time of departure was 8:40 ,to cancel ticket got lapsed due to heavy crowd at the ticket counter,and the ticket counter get closed on the scheduled time.At the very next day , i again went there to cancel the ticket but i didnot get the required service on the counter as the service person denied to cancel it and said that the given date is sunday -23rd october,2011,and suggested to contact the chief commercial officer at official hour in working day and to write an application to the required office.
I therefore request you to kindly provide me the required solution of my case and i wish to get my cancelled amount which i deserve to be so.

Hi All,
This complaint comes before u all on behalf all passengers who are not feeling ok with the railway cleaning and maintenance, This is a very shocking story, were i traveled with my family frm chennai to kerala to attend a function,in our return frm kerala we have booked ticket in 12602chennai mail(kuttipuram--chennai),date:16.10.11 coach num:S6, berth num:49,50,52, we were waiting for the train and the train arrives with west coast express train number and name board on every coach, which leads the passenger to miss the train or passenger will think that this is not the train that he is waiting for, and we are unable to see the reservation chart on the coach and train halts for only 1minute,however we confirmed the train details frm the local stall staff,and we started our journey to chennai, my family and other co-passengers are not travelling alone , we are companied with lots of cockroaches and lots of other small insects, which have not allowed us to have our dinner on train and unable to sleep on berth which is allocated for us, we all are unable to sleep that night which might have negative impacts on their next day activities and i searched for the TTR on coach to complain but sorry unable to find him.
Please do the needful by taking corrective actions on this.

Me and my friends were traveling in Marudhar Express(14864) in B2 coach from Jaipur to Lucknow on date 24th oct,2011.
There was 2 or 3 attendants,one of them was S.S. Panwar. They were very misbehaving and their service was very slow. They were ordering us and behaving like they were the senior managers or something like that. All the passengers were not happy with them...
I just want that they must be given warning to not to repeat this again and just do their work, for what they have been appointed or take some action against them.

I was trying to book a Ttkal Tcket on irctc online for my Uncle and Ant , and while booking it didnt get me the confirmatioin that it has been booked sucessfully so i asked my brother to book it from his ID at a different place, and he was sucessful in booking the ticket but later on i got the confirmation email stating that my account has been deducted , however at the same time i check the book history and it didnt show me anything but after 5-10 minutes it did show me the tickets hasbeen boked. and we had two tickets for the same journey.I cancelled my ticket that i booked , it was a error i didnt get the confirmation so i ask my brother to book the ticket from his end .
i dont know what to say , how it happened the PNR numbers for the ticket are 8551655117(for the cancelled ticket) and 8364709850 ( for confirmed ticket)
These both are the same journey tickets for the same indiduals travelling .
I request you to please refund the amount as it happened due to the error of not receiving the confirmation on time.

I had purchased a railway ticket in third A/C for traveling from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore, for five members including me and my wife. Subsequently, I had to partially modify it since we could not travel down to Bhubaneswar and only two of the passengers had to travel. So accordingly, I partially canceled the return ticket in Bangalore itself keeping two of the passengers who were in the list. However, after reaching Bhubaneswar, my father, a senior citizen who is one of the two passengers, realised that the second passenger will not be able to return back. So he went to the railway station in Bhubaneswar to partially cancel it. However, the railway executives in the reservation counter said their system is not able to read the ticket details; then they checked with their offices in Kolkata and Bangalore. But nothing has been happened so far. They are also saying that once once a ticket is partially cancelled, it is not possible to partially cancel it again. I don't know is such a rule is there or not, but find the railway reservation counter in Bhubaneswar quite funny since in one of my previous travel, they were not able to cancel and refund a ticket which I boI wanted to partically cancel ilway -- PNR No: 6504598934, Date of Journey 30/01/2012, Train Name and No: Prashanthu Exp, 18463.
Request you sir/madam for necessary action and suggestions.

G-12 tha. hamare tickket ke upper bhi unhone seat no. 61, 62, 64, 65 hi likha aur 26 no. ki seat nahi di. ticket maine sambhal kar rakha hua hai. kripya aapse nivedan hai ki is TC ke virudhh uchit karyavahi ho to karne ki kripa kare
