    Default Book ticket on irctc,payment made but not receiving ticket

    Sir,
    Sub.: Please book my ticket from Chittorgarh to Jaipur otherwise reverse my amount of Rs. 382/- deducted in my SB A/c while booking ticket at irctc website.

    Today (3.08.2011 at 3:40 PM) I was booking a ticket from Chittorgarh to Jaipur (12966 UDZ GWL SUP EXP) via irctc.Co. In, payment was made through sbi online site(internet bank facility) and deducted from my sbi a/C but ticket has not confirmed(received). Yet I have not received any message from irctc. My SB A/c No. 00000011074924209 of SBI, NCRB, Jaipur Transfer ID is 03735140051G61120418., my user id of irctc web site is ANILJ1975, my email id is dheerajitjp@hotmail.com, plz sought out my problem

    I am Asif, Today 28-1-2012 i have booked a train ticket from chennai to salem junction on 11-02-2012 irctc online (03.13 pm), payment was done rs174 has been reduced from my bank account, but i cannot get the train ticket ,pnr,trans.id. please get me a solution.
