I don't think any court in India would re-imburse your monies for the Secunderabad to Vishakapatnam train tickets. I think they will just refund you back Borabanda to Secunderabad tickets.

How can you expect to catch a train in three minutes? I salute your planning in a situation such as a funeral. You cannot add weight to your case saying that it is a funeral.

MMTS Hyderabad is the most worst train network, no one has control on MMTS.

My first and last experience about MMTS I want to catch a Train at Kacheguda at 7PM ther is a train at 5:20 PM at Heigh tech city it should reach Kacheguda at 6:03 PM. I am at Heigh tech station at 5PM and waiting for train, I have waited up to 5:30 and enquired in enquiry they said it will come in 5 min, same answer when I enquired around 5:45 too finally train came 6:40 SEE HOW GOOD SERVICE WE ARE GETTING (Unbelievable is it not?).

THIS WAS MY FIRST Travel MMTS AND I made it as LAST travel by MMTS (Money is not the only criteria to travel by train it should reach us destination at least with 5Mins grace time).

Another disadvantage since MMTS is running on the same track by which Other state/city trains will stop only at PF 3 and above, this is very very in convenience to the passengers who are with more luggage and old passengers to board the train.

Hope this message will reach MMTS and they take necessary action.

Me too had same experience on 14/May 2010. I was waiting at Hafizpet railway station to catch the 5:20 PM train which would take me to Kachiguda to catch the 7:10 PM train to Bangalore - I was going to my hometown to get married. The train came at 6:50 PM and reached Kachiguda at 6:35 PM.

I will make sure that next time I will start earlier - even if there is a problem with MMTS, I will go by a cab
